Sensational Summer Share

Yet again my new city has revealed more treasures just in time to make magic this summer.  I was strolling through my local market and came across these two new outstanding finds.  Joined together they are going to make many moments of wonderful summer tea time rather enjoyable.

This particular tea has a long history in the making.  If you like Stash and Tazo, welcome to the artisanal sibling which will blow your taste buds away.

FROM THEIR WEBSITE:

About this Tea

The cabernet of hibiscus teas. We join luscious red hibiscus with Indian sarsaparilla, ginger, pink rose petals, and elderflowers from Europe. Deep red, complex, nuanced and caffeine free, this tea almost needs a corkscrew.

Ingredients

Hibiscus flowers, Indian sarsaparilla root, ginger root, natural flavors, rose petals, elderflowers and lemon myrtle.

Preparation

For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to a boil. Steep five minutes. If possible, play a little Django Reinhardt softly in the background.

How can any tea drunk while listening to the likes of this fail to lift the spirits and be savored?  Such fun.  I hope you make the time to create a special moment this summer and enjoy a tall, cool glass of something wonderful.
